Diogo Vieira da Silva is a strategist, community leader and innovation professional whose work sits at the intersection of LGBTQIA+ inclusion, leadership, partnerships and social impact. He is Head of Unit at the Innovation X Hub of Porto Business School, where he helps build initiatives that connect institutions, communities and cross-sector stakeholders around future-facing challenges. He has founded four LGBTQIA+ NGOs and currently serves as Coordinator of Portugal Pride, launched in 2025 and now positioned as the largest holistic LGBTQIA+ platform in Portugal. His work focuses on how communities can move beyond representation and build the alliances, legitimacy and resources needed for durable structural change.
