I am a businessman and an LGBT+ equalities and diversity campaigner. I am the founder and Managing Director of Alternative Care Services, the UK’s first LGBT+ and HIV focused adult care service provider. I have also worked in the USA as a community activist. My company ACS Plus provides supported living and we are in the process of opening the UK’s first children’s home with a Transgender specialism. As a social care provider, I continue to see the growing disparity in care and support for Transgender people, but disproportionately, for Transgender people of colour.  My vision is simple, to improve the quality of life for people from my community who are LGBT+.  To support the development of quality care support and social housing for LGBT+ people.
