Naphat Krutthai, also known as Jim, is a Thai transmasculine activist and advocate forLGBTQI+ rights, with a focus on trans visibility, mental health, and SOGIESC (SexualOrientation, Gender Identity and Expression, and Sex Characteristics) inclusion. He currently serves as the SOGIESC Inclusion and Corporate Engagement Officer at APCOM Foundation, where he works closely with businesses, civil society, and partners to advance inclusive workplace practices and rights-based approaches across Thailand and the Asia-Pacific region. Naphat has been actively involved in advocacy efforts related to marriage equality in Thailand, contributing to discussions on legal reform, social acceptance, and implementation beyond legislation. His work bridges community perspectives with private-sector engagement, supporting companies in translating diversity and inclusion commitments into practical and sustainable action. He holds a Master’s degree in Population and Sexual and Reproductive Health Research from IPSR Mahidol University, with an academic focus on intersectional LGBTQI+ inclusion, and regularly contributes to regional forums, conferences, and public advocacy initiatives.
