Meet Prince Frimpong, a genderqueer Ghanaian artist, feminist, and intersectional advocate working at the crossroads of storytelling, justice, and community. Prince is an NGO CSW award-winning Youth Fellow for Gender Equality, providing mentorship for 1,600+ youth advocates globally.  Prince works with the 75 SHOTS Pocket Cinema, using mobile filming and cultural work to center African queer voices and challenge erasure. Their films have been showcased internationally in Montreal, including at the McCord Stewart Museum and the Centre Culturel Georges-Vanier. Prince is also the Co-Founder & Co-Executive Director of the Youth Initiative Foundation in Ghana, where they champion LGBTQIA+ youth inclusion in civic and democratic spaces. They recently launched their booklet Ghana Queer Underground at Framer Framed in Amsterdam, spotlighting ballroom culture as resistance, repair, and self-affirmation. Currently, Prince is working with the Youth Pride Netherlands and is co-organizing a Model UN conference during WorldPride Amsterdam 2026.
