Over de spreker
Eunice (she/her) is Programme Manager (Gender Education and Advocacy) of PrideLab. She is experienced in providing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) trainings for Universities, NGOs, and enterprises. She believes that it is significant to arouse public awareness of the power dynamics and social injustice through active participation, which can co-create an inclusive space for all. Currently, she is a research master student in the Netherlands, focusing on the field of gender and sexuality, identity formation and participatory research methodology. Also, she is a practitioner of Transformative Feminist Leadership (TFL), which allows her to be aware of her multiple positionalities in both research and teaching contexts to adopt a deliberative conversation with students and participants.
