About the spreaker
Edric Huang (he/him) manages global programs and grants at Grindr for Equality, Grindr's social impact initiative advancing LGBTQ+ health and human rights worldwide. Previously, he developed economic empowerment programs for refugees and IDPs across three continents, and served as a journalism fellow at the Institute of Current World Affairs, where he explored LGBTQ+ movements and democracy in East Asia. Edric holds degrees from Tsinghua University's Schwarzman Scholars Program and Princeton University. He splits his time between Taipei, Taiwan and New York City.
