Tanja Ineke (64) is Executive Director of an elderly care organisation in the Netherlands en Chair of Roze50+, the Dutch advocacy organisation for LGBTQI+ seniors. She previously served for eight years as Chair of COC Nederlands, the world's oldest LGBTQI+ advocacy organisation. Her work focuses on the wellbeing of older adults and on ensuring good-quality care for all onder people, including LGBTQI+ seniors.
