Winston van Niel (he/him) is a Board Member of Dutch New Narrative Lab (DNNL), a Dutch foundation dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship and equitable access to funding. Through research, advocacy, and ecosystem-building, DNNL works to strengthen opportunities for underrepresented founders and communities. Throughout his 17+ year career across corporates, start-ups, impact investors, and public institutions, Winston has focused on expanding access to capital, driving societal impact, and helping people and organizations reach their full potential. From 2019 to 2023, he served on the Board of COC Nederland, the world's oldest LGBTQ+ organization.
