Scott Boule - Senior Specialist for Parliamentary Affairs, The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB & Malaria Scott Boule joined the Global Fund in July 2017 as Senior Specialist for Parliamentary Affairs, and in this role serves as the primary focal point for engagement with parliamentarians and national, regional and global parliamentary groups and networks whose support is essential for resource mobilization and building political will to combat HIV, TB and malaria. He has nearly 30 years of experience working in legislative settings and engaging with elected officials and other senior policymakers, including as a senior policy advisor to former Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi for nearly a decade. His professional experience also includes working in the U.S. Senate and U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. These roles included extensive U.S. budget and appropriations work and an especially strong focus on health care and HIV/AIDS policy. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Ohio University and a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University.
