Arnie Joy T. Polares (She/Her) is a trade unionist and LGBTQIA+ advocate from the Philippines. She serves as the National Treasurer of BIEN (BPO Industry Employees Network),  managing critical solidarity funds for worker organising and legal support. She is also an active member of BIEN’s LGBT Committee (Be Glad) BPO Employees Gays, Lesbians, and Allies for Genuine Acceptance and Democracy. Arnie dedicates her activism to defending labour rights and building safer, genuinely inclusive workplaces for queer workers in the global BPO sector.
