Patrick van der Pas (he/they) is the founder of Pride Netwerk Nederland, a network of Dutch Pride organisers, and serves on the board of the European Pride Organisers Association (EPOA) as Communications & Media Coordinator. Over the years, they have been involved in local, national and international Pride initiatives, including Global Pride 2020, EuroPride and WorldPride. Their work focuses on strengthening Pride movements, fostering collaboration between organisations, and advancing LGBTQIA+ equality and human rights through community organising, communications and international cooperation. They are currently involved in theefforts to register the Dutch Pride Movement as intangible cultural heritage through UNESCO.
