Marsha is a longtime LGBTQI+ activist and Pride movement organizer. She is the founder of InterPride, co-founder of USA Prides, and active in other organizations related to LGBTQI+ Pride events, since 1980. She served as San Francisco's Pride Parade Manager for 18 years, and Community Relations Manager for 6 years, though has been a fixture with them since 1985. She has been a mentor and consultant both to other leaders and other Pride organizations.
