Beginning as a volunteer, she has served in numerous leadership and operational roles,including Board Member, Parade Production and Management, and Security Consultant andRisk Manager for more than 12 years.Inducted into the SGLMG Hall of Fame in 1997, Kathy was also awarded the AustralianSecurity Medal in 2015. A respected security, risk management, governance and educationprofessional, she brings extensive experience across major events, organisationalleadership and community engagement. In her NSW Government role, she has furtherdeveloped expertise in policy, industrial relations, people and culture, and workforcedevelopment.
