About the spreaker
Jordan oversees the Community Empowerment Program through grassroots organising,coalition-building, and policy and legislative advocacy. An LGBTQIA+ activist in St. Louis, Missouri for nearly 40 years, Jordan has championed HIV/AIDS awareness and Trans rights throughout her career. She serves as Director of Diversity, Inclusion and Outreach for Pride St. Louis, and holds board roles with Black Pride St. Louis and TransParent. At InterPride, she founded the Global Trans Task Force. She represents the Central District on the United States Association of Prides (USAP) and chairs its IDEA Committee. Jordan also chairs the City of St. Louis Mayor's LGBTQIA+ Advisory Board and co-chairs Missouri's Comprehensive Prevention Planning Group. She is the reigning Miss Trans USA 2026.
