Maria Khokhar demonstrates how female leadership and commitment within a multinational corporation can make a difference. As Business Intelligence Manager and DE&I Ambassador at Suntory Beverage & Food Europe (Schweppes, Orangina, Oasis, Lucozade), she combines a data-driven perspective with diversity and inclusion policy. Through her efforts, Suntory became the first company ever to be a sponsor partner of Women&Pride, the women’s program of Pride Amsterdam—support that specifically focuses on women within the community rather than visibility alone. She has recently joined the Pride Business Club of Pride Amsterdam.
